The journey of our “Vixen Doll Ambassadors” is one of female empowerment, entrepreneurship, learning, individual and team growth.
An opportunity towards inner development to become branded yourself alongside our success matched with our reputation of integrity and inspirational content to invite positivity into the lives of girls and women around the globe.
By applying to become a Brand Ambassador for “The Hair Vixens,” you agree to the following terms:
- Must have an active Facebook & Instagram profile, along with knowledge of the effective use of these social media platforms.
- Must be committed to raising The Hair Vixen’s brand awareness via social media and in real life, meaning use the products and utilize promotion via word of mouth in attempts to increase sales, along with build rapport with our consumers.
- Must be familiar with brand mission and vision statement.
- Must be able to represent brand in a positive light along with having a passion for building and growing relationships.e your OWN social media content (photos, videos, blogs, story posts, captions, etc.).
- Must be able to generate AT LEAST two posts weekly promoting the brand in which you are able to create in a multitude of settings.
- Must be able to effectively interact with people of all ages from all backgrounds in order to answer questions, provide feedback, etc.
- Simply some knowledge on how to properly take care of hair).
- Must have constructive leadership and valuable influencing skills.
- Must have ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight, along with the ability to educate others on our plant based products and basic hair care do’s & don'ts.
- Must be an interpersonal extrovert and able to create interest in personal followers to generate sales.
- Must be able to attend regular, online/phone based brand ambassador meetings.
- Posts must be PUBLIC in order to be viewed and shared by others.
- All posts must be tagged with the The Hair Vixens IG (@thehairvixens) or Facebook (The Hair Vixens) handle for consumers to view.
Our Guidelines
Please review each of the guidelines below before signing up for our "Vixen Dolls Brand Ambassador" program to ensure you are familiar with our ruled of participation.
Endorsed products are products (and added) sold under the The Hair Vixens LLC.
You acknowledge and agree that you have read all directions for use labels and that you are over the age of 18, and you have no medical condition that prevents you from using our product; all products provided as part of this relationship may not be re-sold.
You agree that you will not endorse any other organic, natural, and/or plant based hair extension product line.
Relationship: You are an independent contractor; this agreement shall not be construed as creating an employer/employee relationship nor does this relationship suggest ownership of the company.
You agree to hold Impactful Enterprises, along with any agents, assignees and employees harmless for any liability from any injury or damage arising from the use or promotion of any The Hair Vixens products.
You agree to use your best efforts to promote The Hair Vixens in a manner consistent with its authorized use and as outlined on product labels. Approved social media sites include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Instagram, Tumblr, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will be notified of any additional approved social media sites as they become available.
As a Brand Ambassador, you agree not to post content on any social media platform, as determined by The Hair Vixens, in its sole discretion, that:is pornographic, sexually explicit, or contains profanity or nudityis unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age grouppromotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing)promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous is obscene or offensive, or endorses any form of hate or hate group defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or entitiescommunicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which The Hair Vixens wishes to associate; violates any law
Occasionally we may share information with you that is confidential in nature, such information will be identified as confidential and you’re expected to maintain this information in the strictest confidence. Any disclosure of confidential information will terminate this agreement and result in legal action.
The Brand Ambassador acknowledges and hereby agrees to grant The Hair Vixens LLC the unlimited and unencumbered use of any and all work product developed by the Brand Ambassador in conjunction with the performance of services for The Hair Vixens.Work product includes but is not limited to all social media posts, pictures, images, videos, recordings, taglines, hashtags, posts, commentary, and designs.Except where prohibited by law or regulation, the Brand Ambassador grants The Hair Vixens and its successors, assigns, licensees and designees permission to use Ambassador’s name, Social Media Platform account name, photograph (including, but not limited to, Social Media Platform account profile photo), voice and/or other likeness, in all media now known or hereafter discovered (including, without limitation, on The Hair Vixens websites and via The Hair Vixens Social Media Platform accounts), worldwide in perpetuity, for any purpose without additional compensation, consideration, notification or consent.The Brand Ambassador is not authorized to use any copyrighted content from any other companies to promote the The Hair Vixens. The Hair Vixens will not be responsible for any disputes involving the unauthorized use of any other company’s intellectual property.
