Refund Policy

Every Vixen unit is custom made to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — by placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. All Sales Are Final

The Hair Vixens operates a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO EXCHANGE policy on every order. Each unit is custom made to order specifically for you. Because production begins immediately after purchase and every piece is built by hand to your specifications, all sales are final the moment your order is placed.

2. No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once your order is confirmed, the unit is ours to build and yours to keep. Returned packages will be refused at delivery and sent back to the sender at the customer's expense.

3. No Exchanges

Because every unit is custom and made specifically for the customer, we do not offer exchanges for length, color, density, cap size, lace type, or style. Please review your selections carefully at checkout and reach out to our concierge before purchasing if you have any questions.

4. Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After the 12-hour window, your order is locked into production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

5. Damaged or Defective Units

If your unit arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us at info@thehairvixens.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. Verified manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Damage caused by wear, styling, heat, chemical treatment, or improper care is not eligible.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your unit is handed to the carrier, The Hair Vixens is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided. We are happy to assist with documentation where possible.

7. Chargebacks

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these terms will be contested with the proof of this policy and your order confirmation.
