1. Processing & Production
All units from The Hair Vixens are handmade to order. Each wig is crafted individually by our team to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Because every piece is custom-built, production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is received. This made-to-order process is what guarantees a luxury, salon-quality finish.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Shipping takes 10–20 business days from the date your order is placed. This window includes both production and transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once your unit ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your unit safely. Standard shipping is included with all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations may require extended transit times.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins promptly, order changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your unit enters the production queue and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
5. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the custom, handmade nature of our units, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) at hello@thehairvixens.com. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. Photo documentation of any damage is required for us to process a replacement or insurance claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to that address, The Hair Vixens is not liable. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
