By accessing or purchasing from thehairvixens.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method submitted.
3. Products
All units sold by The Hair Vixens are custom made to order. Colors, textures, and lengths may vary slightly from images shown on the Site due to handcrafted production and screen rendering. These natural variations are not considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Production & Shipping
Production and transit take 10–20 business days from order confirmation. Detailed terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. No Refunds
All sales are final. The Hair Vixens does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Complete terms are outlined in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, images, text, product designs, photography, and the "The Hair Vixens" name and branding — is the property of The Hair Vixens and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate others; to submit false information; to attempt to gain unauthorized access; or to engage in any activity that disrupts the Site or violates applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hair Vixens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
